What are your production times?
Allow 4 to 5 business days for banners, 5 to 7 business days for displays and 7 to 10 business days for chewing gum pack cards, depending on quantity. Turnaround starts after proof approval and does not include delivery.
What file should I provide?
A high-resolution PDF at final size, with outlined text and bleeds. For labels, images must be at least 300 dpi. See our graphic standards and templates.
I have no graphic. Can you create it?
Yes. Our design team prepares your graphic at $65 per hour.
Will I see a proof before printing?
Yes. A proof is sent to you by email and must be approved before production.
Do you deliver anywhere in Quebec?
Yes. Delivery is free anywhere in Quebec on most products. You can also pick up your order in Laval.
Do you do installation?
Yes. Our team installs hoardings, lettering, signage and murals. Installation is optional and shown in the quote.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit card online, as well as cash, debit and credit card at our Laval workshop.
