Does Maître AI give real prices?
Yes. It calculates from our actual price grid based on your dimensions, quantity and material. The amounts it gives you serve as a basis for your budget. The final quote is always confirmed by a member of our team, because some projects have installation, transport or finishing variables that need a human eye.
How much does it cost to use Maître AI?
Nothing. It is a free service for our clients and future clients. No sign-up, no credit card, no commitment.
What are your production times?
Most of our standard products ship in 3 to 5 business days after proof approval. Beach flags, banners and posters can be rushed. Signage projects with installation, large format murals and displays take more time depending on scope. Give your date to Maître AI and it will tell you right away what is achievable.
What file format should I provide?
Preferably a high-resolution vector PDF in CMYK, with outlined fonts and bleeds included. We also accept AI, EPS, INDD and raster images as long as the resolution is sufficient for the final scale. Ask Maître AI for your product's template, or see our graphic standards and our templates.
Do you deliver across Quebec?
Yes. We serve all of Quebec and the rest of Canada. Our workshops in Laval and Montreal let us cover the metro area quickly, but we ship everywhere. Maître AI takes your destination into account in its timeline estimate.
Can I send a photo of my project?
Yes. You can attach a photo directly in the conversation. It is especially useful for a wall to cover, a vehicle to letter, a storefront, a construction hoarding or existing signage to replace. The image helps us assess the area and the type of installation.
Does Maître AI speak English?
Yes, it answers in French and English. It adjusts automatically to the language you use.
What happens to the information I share?
Your exchanges are used only to process your request and prepare your quote. Your information is handled according to our privacy policy, in compliance with Law 25 in Quebec and PIPEDA elsewhere in Canada. Some of our technology providers may host data outside Quebec.
