Graphic Standards

Images must be 120 dpi at final size.

A 120 dpi JPG at 100% of final size with bleed included, without template marks, and a high-resolution PDF with outlined text. Keep Pantone references if applicable and mention them when ordering.

Illustrator (.ai) - InDesign - QuarkXPress - TIF or PSD - any format other than JPG or PDF

Before starting your design, make sure you have our template for the structure. You can download it from our website in the Templates section or ask us by email.

Any cancelled order may be subject to additional fees (no discount applicable) if:

- The order has been processed by the prepress department: $35
- The order has been printed: $35 + $4.50/sq ft
- The order has been sublimated: to be determined with us
- The order is complete: payable in full

Before sending us your files, make sure that:

- The design has final approval from your client
- The dimensions match our templates

Any file that must be processed twice by our designers, because the reseller sent new files after the client found errors in the content or design, will be subject to an additional $35 fee (no discount applicable).

Any change on our part due to files that do not match the templates, or to design problems the client asks us to correct, will be subject to additional fees, estimated according to the time required by our graphic designers.
